This beachfront house is in a gated community that provides safety and security for the residences of the homes in this area. Enjoy sunrises with coffee from the rooftop terrace. It is also the perfect way to end the day, on the rooftop with a cocktail, enjoying the sunsets and then the fireworks. The 3 pools are specific to the residences of the houses only. There are buses and taxis right in front of the main security gate.

The Loonie Bean is a coffee shop 1.5 km from the house and is a favorite hangout for many Canadians The Loonie Beach is a fabulous coffee shop that has the best coffee and gluten free muffins in Mazatlan. It is a great hangout for many Canadians and Americans while on vacation in Mazatlan.
